We’ve found that within the complex area of generative AI, teams often struggle to generate high-quality ideas without getting overwhelmed by the generative clutter that AI can produce. The need for simple, effective solutions on how to use the technology without becoming overwhelmed is critical.
Our GenAI Ideation Workshops are designed to make generative AI accessible for teams and individuals, especially those new to the technology. By integrating AI into the ideation process, we aim to enhance creativity and problem-solving, helping participants make sense of complex challenges.
Combining AI with human creativity
These workshops focus on helping teams prepare for ideation sessions using AI, providing the structure needed to guide and refine ideas. We teach participants how to set clear goals and design prompts that help AI generate a broad range of ideas. At the same time, human oversight plays an important role, ensuring that AI outputs are reviewed and refined to align with the team’s vision.
